Renegade is a new, alternative travel magazine. It celebrates the best travel writing and is not designed to sell destinations, but to show the world as it is, the light and the dark together.
Influenced by the fantastic work we were seeing left unpublished, the limited amount of quality travel writing and reportage appearing in pages on the newsstands, and the burgeoning independent magazine market which is as inspiring and as brilliant as it is wide and varied, it aims to celebrate, complement and challenge travel writing today.
Renegade is small, just 36 pages, sub-A4 size. It's something that readers can take away with them; something they can read in a single swoop or dip into now and again.
Each issue will feature a short selection of writing, photography and illustrations, from some well-known and some new names.
