Bido Lito! is the music magazine for a new Liverpool. Our musical legacy and history in this city is rightly lauded and celebrated, however Bido Lito! is for Merseyside’s music makers and revelers of today. In June 2010 we launched our physical magazine, a pink-paged old-school inky and the publication has been produced every month since.

In Issue 22, we jump on baord the treadmill with DOGSHOW, a two-piece trance/live circus party act whose embracing of the triathlon as a conceptual visual performance is indicative of the vast creative spirit nurtured by the Kazimier; CONAN debunk the genre of sludge metal as an all-doom-no-gloom scenario; we spar in the ring with MISS STYLIE, Liverpool's acid-tongued freestyle Princess of Grime; ahead of LIVERPOOL SOUND CITY 2012, we take an in-depth look at this year's extensive festival line-up (including performances from TIM HECKER, MYSTERY JETS, TOY and SLOW CLUB), conferencing programme (including a keynote address from NELSON GEORGE), and all the other events lined up for 2012; we also discuss the power of three with THE WILD EYES, our very own rock weirdoes whose new single I Look Good On You is about to drop upl. This month's reviews section contains highlights from WHITE HILLS, 2.54, TINARIWEN, MUTO LEO, FREE ROCK'N'ROLL FESTIVAL, JUMPING SHIPS and much more.
