Drift is a new print magazine devoted to coffee culture. Each issue takes us to a different city across the globe, as our writers and photographers dive into what makes a city's coffee scene tick. Our inaugural issue brings us from Brooklyn to the Bronx, as we sidle up to streetcarts, participate in Ethiopian coffee ceremonies, learn about the legacy of the Latin lunch counter, and wink at Australian baristas serving up single-origin beans. Volume 1 is about New York past and present, a city as diverse as the coffee it offers.
