EUR 14.00 — Released 31 May 2016

The first edition of nomad contains an interview with the renowned Danish city planner Jan Gehl centred on the question: “How can major cities be designed for human life?”. Also included is an interview with French designer Benoit Jacob, who was chief designer in the development of the BMW i3 and BMW i8. Jacob answers questions on how the concept of individual mobility will develop. Among other articles of interest, you can also read Frank Wagner’s essay “The End of Design?” and draw inspiration from photoessays by Erik Chmil and Armin Smailovic, as well as gaining insight into 20-year-olds’ visions for the future as part of a profile and interview series.
