Another Grand Tour, another great Simpson spectating adventure. We travelled to Spain to witness a stage of the Vuelta a España and had an interesting time negotiating the roads and the rules and a rather spooky hotel. We also tried out three different ways of watching the 100th edition of the Tour de France without crossing the channel. We followed the fortunes of one lucky reader as he had his dream bike built by up-and-coming London frame-builder Jake Rusby. We report on the inaugural ride of Simpson CC and, bearing in mind the rough ride Wiggo’s been getting lately, we ask why the Brits are so quick to turn on their sporting heroes.
