The unattainable is always the most desired, the fleeting what we wish most to hold on to. This season's Youth Issue is an experiment in what it means to be young. We all know that time; it's one of the few things we all have in common. Despite its ubiquity, though, the era remains the most exalted. And yet, so many of us wish we spent it differently. This edition of The WILD features artists and activists who certainly won't have that remorse-the ones taking full advantage of the endless energy and innovative perspectives that youth has to offer.
