Our first ever cover girl, Ashley Smith, embodies so much of what Tidal is about. Ashley is a perfect mix of cool and edge, and she really helped set the tone for issue one. We’re also super thrilled to have a feature on one of our favorite indie stars–turned–Hunger Games scene stealer Jena Malone, and her music project The Shoe, along with so many other great stories: dreamcatchers from Electriclove NYC, soul singer Charles Bradley, and a little peek into the secret teas of New York City’s Chinatown.
