Magazine of Romantic Geography
This issue of Tokyo based magazine TOO MUCH is about looking into the ways in which space has been black boxed, looking into the hidden things which animate spaces - the occult, myth, memories, money, smells, cultural oppression, desire, or buried topographies. Not with the goal of revealing the complexity of a space, but to explain the impossibility of understanding the dense layers of information and mystery which have accumulated around us. Each copy of TOO MUCH: Magazine of Romantic Geography, Issue Four, comes with "TOO MUCH Magazine Supplement #2," an A2 size poster by Koki Tanaka, who will represent Japan at the 2013 Venice Biennale.
192 pages, 18 x 26 cm, gloss cover, English Publisher: TOO MUCH/OK Fred
