BACKofHOUSE is a self-published magazine, exploring the long-time connection between food and art and how they inspire each other. We travel the nation’s cities and deliver our readers with raw, uninhibited editorials, original artist features, and chef interviews that sometimes show the not so glamorous side of the creative worlds. Rather than use big company stock art or large scale in-house teams, we actually work with various artists from the cites where the chefs hail from. In each issue of BoH, we’ll explore the delicate balance of art and food. We’ll share stories from the creative minds of artists and the conceptual minds of chefs to answer two simple questions.
