For our Behind the Desk interview, Callum McAllister, The Review's editorial intern and Lit Links columnist, spoke with Canadian writer, Iain Reid. He is the author of two memoirs, One Bird’s Choice and The Truth About Luck, and his work has appeared in The New Yorker, The Globe and Mail, and The National. In 2015, he received the RBC Taylor Emerging Writer Award. His first novel, I’m Thinking of Ending Things was published in June 2016 by Simon and Schuster. He lives in Kingston, Ontario.

The cover of Issue 6 features a piece by Sophie Chatham, that was illustrated in response to Taylor Edmonds' poem, "Fasting".
