Cookbook is a magazine cooked on a low flame. We used high quality ingredients with the right quantity of flavours and added our secret touch: a sprinkling of affection and dedication.

We invite a star chef in for each issue. An artist whom we admire and respect, someone who can stand the heat of the kitchen.

The ingredients are picked by the artist. It is their taste in literature, cinema, music and other arts which influences their work into what it is today.

At Cookbook we do not mind if it is haute cuisine, traditional, deconstructed or microwaved; the important thing is that we like it and that it is enjoyable. We hope you are hungry no longer, although you can always have a second helping.
