Honest Magazine is a quarterly publication of recipes, tutorials and city guides centered around a yearly theme. Past themes have included: Seasons (Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring), and places (Italy, Spain, Norway, France). Recipes range from rock-solid traditional to modern interpretations and from basic to complex in difficulty. Honest Magazine is created and published by Food & Travel Photographer, Shannon Oslick.

Torrential downpours cleanse the earth, brushing away dirt to make room for new life to emerge from hiding. Refreshing, clean and bright, spring carries with it the promise of longer days, sunshine and gardening.
